Consulting: The TRIPLE R Program

12-week structured transformation to fix what's structurally broken

One size never fits all, and SCRUM or SAFe frameworks are not enough to enable your digital and product teams to be high-performing and know the right next thing to build.

This isn't consulting that disappears after delivering a framework. I stay until the operating system change is embedded in how your team works.

Week 1–3

Research

Current state assessment through interviews with 5–10 people across your organization. Process audit and gap analysis.

Interim & Fractional Product Leadership

Right now, I'm fractional Head of Product at Twelve, building their product organization from scratch and reporting directly to the CEO.

Previously, I was Head of Product at PVH (managing 70+ people, driving €96M in peak revenue) and Lead Technical Product Manager at Nike EMEA (accelerating supply chain planning by 50%).

When you hire me as interim or fractional leader, I don't consult or advise. I own it:

  • I make product strategy and prioritization decisions
  • I manage your product managers and run leadership meetings
  • I build roadmaps and present to your board or exec team
